Before you start

Use diagnostics when support needs more than a visible error. The report excludes place names, addresses, coordinates, people, notes, and photos.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Settings, Privacy and storage.
  2. Find Help with a problem.
  3. Tap Prepare diagnostic report.
  4. Inspect the report or displayed result before sending it.
  5. Use Share diagnostic report only with the support destination you intend.

Preparation is not sending

A prepared file remains local until you share it. If preparation fails, use Retry diagnostic report and include the visible error instead.

Use it with your own checklist
