Checks and optional evidence

The app stores places, routines, item actions, times, person labels, notes, and optional photos on your device. Optional private iCloud sync and household sharing use Apple CloudKit. Invited people can access the data included in their shared place.

Photos are resized and metadata is removed. Retention choices are 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. Thumbnails are blurred outside receipt details by default. A protected PDF includes photos only when you choose them.

Permissions and Apple services

Camera, NFC, Apple Home, location, and notifications support optional evidence or reminders. Departure reminders use arrival and departure events without a location history. NFC stores an opaque token hash. Apple Home is read only and may contribute a reported state and refresh time. Live Activities exclude addresses, notes, photos, tag data, and accessory identifiers.

Apple handles purchases, subscription restoration, and its own services under its notices. The app includes no advertising or behavioral tracking.

Exports, deletion, and diagnostics

You choose when to export or share information. Delete all local data, Delete your places from iCloud, and Leave shared places are separate controls in Privacy and storage. Exported files, recipient copies, and backups remain under their own controls. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.

The optional diagnostic report is prepared on your device and sent only if you share it. It excludes place names, addresses, coordinates, people, notes, and photos.

This website and contact

Tools run in your browser. Their inputs are not uploaded, saved by this website, or sent to the app. The site includes no accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising scripts, or payment forms. The server serving a page receives ordinary connection and request information.

If you email me, I receive your address and the information you send and use them to answer your request. Share only what is needed. Contact me for applicable access, correction, deletion, or other information rights. You can also contact your relevant data-protection authority.
