Before you start

Use the intended iCloud account on your devices. Shared-place participants have a separate included sync path for their invitation.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Settings, Privacy and storage.
  2. Read iCloud account and the sync status.
  3. Turn on Private iCloud sync if you want the cloud copy.
  4. Wait for the displayed outcome and Last synced value.
  5. On your other device, verify the intended place and recorded check appear.

A copy changes where information is stored

Your records and included photos can leave the original device through private iCloud. Understand the separate cloud deletion control before enabling it.

Use it with your own checklist
