Before you start

Local checking still works offline. Confirm whether this is an owned place or a place shared with you.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Settings, Household or Privacy and storage.
  2. Read iCloud account, Sync, Last synced, and the error.
  3. Confirm the intended account, sync choice, and network connection.
  4. Allow the app another sync opportunity after correcting the reported issue.
  5. Compare the specific recorded check on the other device, then contact support if it remains missing.

Do not delete data as a retry

Cloud deletion or leaving a share changes access and data. It is not a routine sync repair. Keep the original local record until you understand the failure.
