Email isitlocked@humenhuk.com with what you tried and what happened. Include your app version, iPhone model, and the visible error if useful. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, access codes, or private home records.

Common fixes

• For a partial check, reopen the intended place and resume the remaining items.
• For widgets, open the app and record a check first. iOS controls widget refresh timing.
• For reminders, check permissions, Focus, and Travel mode in Settings, Reminders.
• For Plus, use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that paid. Manage subscription opens Apple's billing sheet.

What the record means

The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
