Before you start

You need a completed receipt. A recipient can retain the PDF separately after you share it.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Activity and Details for the intended receipt.
  2. Find Share a copy.
  3. Leave optional photo inclusion off when you want redaction.
  4. Prepare the protected PDF and inspect it.
  5. Share only the file that matches your intended disclosure.

Changing a preview cannot recall a file

Blur thumbnails outside receipt details changes app previews. It cannot redact or delete an image already included in a recipient's copy.
