Before you start

CSV files may contain place names, people, notes, and times. Choose a destination you trust.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Settings, then Privacy and storage.
  2. Tap Prepare check history (CSV).
  3. Wait for Export check history (CSV) to appear.
  4. Tap that action and choose where to save or share the file.
  5. Open the file and confirm the records you expected are present.

Photos are separate

The CSV includes dates, people, places, routines, items, methods, and notes. It does not include photograph files. If preparation fails, use Retry export.

Use it with your own checklist

The free checklist gives you one place, unlimited items, and seven days of Activity. Plus is optional for the extra features.

Get the app free

iOS 27 or later. One place and one list are free.

The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
