Before you start

Choose a completed record in Activity. Sharing creates a separate file the recipient may keep.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Activity and tap Details on the intended record.
  2. Find Share a copy.
  3. Review the information and photo inclusion choices.
  4. Tap Prepare protected PDF.
  5. Tap Share protected PDF and choose your destination in the native share sheet.

Recipient copies need their own deletion

Deleting the app's original record cannot remove a PDF from another person's device or a service you selected.

Use it with your own checklist

The free checklist gives you one place, unlimited items, and seven days of Activity. Plus is optional for the extra features.

The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
