Before you start

Read the date as well as the time. Confirm whether you are looking at the free small widget or a Plus layout.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Is It Locked? and confirm the intended place.
  2. Open Activity and verify the most recent completed record.
  3. Return to the widget and compare its recorded date and time.
  4. Check Plus access for a paid widget layout.
  5. If the widget remains stuck, remove and add that widget again, then contact support if the issue persists.

Readding does not create a check

Widget setup changes the display. It cannot update the real record by marking items checked, and it cannot establish a physical lock state.
