Before you start
Use iOS 27 or later. A widget cannot show a completed record that does not exist yet.
Follow these steps
- Touch and hold an empty Home Screen area until the apps jiggle.
- Tap Edit, then Add Widget.
- Find Is It Locked?.
- Choose the small widget and tap Add Widget.
- Finish with Done and read the latest recorded check.
Larger widgets require Plus
If you chose a medium, large, or Lock Screen widget, check your Plus access. Widgets can open the app but cannot silently record items.
Use it with your own checklist
The free checklist gives you one place, unlimited items, and seven days of Activity. Plus is optional for the extra features.

The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
