Before you start

Configure the actual place while you are there if using Save current location. Do not save an unrelated location.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Settings, Reminders and select the place.
  2. Use Save current location or the available location setup and read its status.
  3. Under When I leave, enable the reminder and choose its routine.
  4. Allow notifications and the requested background location access.
  5. Read the displayed setup outcome and use Send test notification to check notification permission.

A notification test does not prove geofencing

Send test notification checks a notification path. An actual departure event requires physical movement, location access, and iOS delivery, which the website cannot verify.
