Before you start

Use a network connection and confirm the purchasing Apple Account. A canceled subscription restores access only while its paid entitlement remains valid.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Settings in Is It Locked?.
  2. Tap Restore purchases.
  3. Wait for the displayed result.
  4. Check the Plus status and open the feature you need.
  5. If access is still missing, verify the subscription in Apple's settings before contacting support.

Keep the Apple result

The website cannot grant a subscription. Include the app version and the visible error if you contact support. Do not send payment-card details.
