Before you start
Read the dialog before choosing a destructive cancellation. Completed historical receipts are separate from the unfinished session.
Follow these steps
- Open the unfinished check's flow.
- Choose its cancellation action.
- Read the Cancel routine confirmation.
- Choose Keep checking if you want to preserve and continue it.
- Choose Cancel routine only when you intend to remove that unfinished routine's recorded items.
Leaving a flow is not the same deletion
Backgrounding cancels the hold authorization but leaves saved actions resumable. The explicit Cancel routine action has the removal behavior described in its dialog.
