Use Settings, Reminders, At a chosen time. Choose the routine, time, and repeat days, then allow notifications.
A prompt, not a completed check
Opening the notification starts or resumes the appropriate flow. It never checks an item off on your behalf.
Avoid unnecessary alerts
The reminder stays quiet while its routine is checked. Travel mode pauses it. iOS Focus and notification settings can also affect delivery.
Use it with your own checklist
The free checklist gives you one place, unlimited items, and seven days of Activity. Plus is optional for the extra features.

The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
