An invitation to a particular place
Open Settings, Household for the place you own. Invite someone and accept the private iCloud sync disclosure before uploading anything.
Invited people can check
An invited person does not need their own Plus to see and record checks at that place. Editing the shared checklist remains with its owner. Extra evidence methods still require the invited person's own Plus.
Sharing is separate from Family Sharing
Apple subscription Family Sharing is disabled. An in-app iCloud invitation does not activate it or share your Apple Account.
Use it with your own checklist
The free checklist gives you one place, unlimited items, and seven days of Activity. Plus is optional for the extra features.
Get the app freeiOS 27 or later. This feature requires Plus.
The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
