Before you start

Install the companion first. Available complication positions depend on the selected Watch face.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the face editor on your Watch or in Apple's Watch app.
  2. Select an available complication position.
  3. Choose Is It Locked? if the face supports its complication.
  4. Save the face.
  5. Read the displayed date and time, and open the app when you want to check an item.

A complication is not a lock control

If the app is absent from that position, try a compatible face or check companion installation. Tapping the complication cannot silently record a checklist item.

Use it with your own checklist

The free checklist gives you one place, unlimited items, and seven days of Activity. Plus is optional for the extra features.

Get the app free

iOS 27 or later. This feature requires Plus.

The app records what you checked. It does not lock doors, switch off appliances, or verify their physical state.
